Description
The Maverick Yoke is built on the same foundation as the Maverick Squat rig allowing the Yoke to be purchased as a stand alone item or as a Yoke conversion kit if you already own a Maverick Squat Rig.
The Maverick Yoke allows you to perform tradition Yoke work, Zercher and overhead walks/carries as well as rack based training such as squatting and pressing.
Removing the Yoke Cross-member and bolting in a pull-up bar and rear brace further expands the range of exercises that can be performed on this piece of equipment.
The Maverick Yoke features the same specification 75x75x3mm uprights as our M-R75 range of rigs making it compatible with a wide range of accessories such as dip bars, spotting arms and J-hooks.
The large footprint of the Yoke makes it extremely stable making it an ideal rack for anyone who cannot bolt a rack to the floor or wall.
